Certified Training
As a proud member of Landscape Ontario, Yorkshire Garden Services actively participates in the Toronto Chapter as we support the advancement of the horticultural industry in our area.
We are a certified member of the Fusion Landscape Professional program. This program uses a design philosophy which combines plant material, hardscape, and rainwater management to create beautiful spaces that require less water while helping to reduce the risk of flooding.
Our team has received certified training through Landscape Ontario, Humber College, the Toronto Botanical Gardens, and ILR Car Control School (advanced driver training). We actively encourage learning opportunities in order to support our team’s growth and overall horticultural knowledge.
Meet Our Team
Lindsay Drake Nightingale, H.L.T
President
Lindsay has had a passion for horticulture since childhood that was developed while roaming through her great-grandparents’ cottage gardens. She has been at the helm of Yorkshire Garden Services since 2002 and enjoys the strong relationships that have been developed with clients while maintaining their beautiful gardens.
As a graduate of the Humber College Landscape Technician program, she is a big proponent of continuing education, new technologies, mentorship, skilled trades, and Landscape Ontario.
